Derrick graduated on May 9th with a Doctorate in Special Education. IT IS FINALLY OVER!!! We are all so proud of him and very happy to be moving back to Alabama in August. He will be a professor at the Univ. of Alabama in Huntsville in the fall. We will be renting an apartment in Madison (a suburb of Huntsville) for 10 months while looking for a house to buy in the meantime.

Hey Derrick! I have had a heck of a time trying to find your email to congratulate you, since I only saw you in passing at CEC. I ran across your blog looking for your email, so congratulations on finishing and on your new position! Best of luck getting started. Congrats too on your son.
